Harry Styles has kicked off his new era wearing the same old clothes.

The former One Directioner, 25, sent fans into a flurry on Monday by announcing his new album “Fine Line,” out December 13.

For the colorful cover of his second solo album, Styles stuck to his tried-and-true fashion formula: custom white Gucci sailor pants, a hot pink poppy-printed shirt ($1,600) unbuttoned to show a hint of a white tank top underneath and matching suspenders. He accessorized with his regular slew of rings — including “H” and “S” styles on his ring and pinky fingers, respectively — as well as a pink and blue manicure.

The “Sign of the Times” singer has worn this same custom look in various color combinations at least three times recently, including in the music video for his latest song, “Lights Up.”

And it’s no surprise to spot the star in Gucci; Styles is close friends with the brand’s creative director Alessandro Michele, hosted the 2019 Met Gala dressed in a lace top and wide-leg pants by the Italian label and has starred in Gucci campaigns.

Eagle-eyed fans suggested Styles has been dropping clues about his new project via his style, from the black and blue nail polish he wore to the Met Gala to the pink and blue looks he’s been sporting all year; the notecards announcing the pop star as both the host and musical guest of “SNL” on November 16 featured the same hues.

If these Easter eggs seem straight out of Styles’ ex-girlfriend Taylor Swift‘s playbook, it may not be a total coincidence; “Fine Line” will be released on the pop songstress’ 30th birthday.
