Kim Kardashian has inspired best friend Foodgod to make sure safety always comes first when traveling abroad.

Page Six exclusively learned that the man formerly known as Jonathan Cheban has hired extra security for himself during the current Paris Fashion Week to avoid a Kim Kardashian-like robbery. In 2016, the “Keeping Up With the Kardashians” star was tied up by robbers who stole more than $10 million worth of jewelry.

“It’s important for his peace of mind and well-being,” a source said of Foodgod.

Foodgod, 45, arrived at the Off-White show on Wednesday with various bodyguards and a driver to escort him inside the venue. He’s expected to keep the security team all week as he attends the men’s shows for Louis Vuitton, Rick Owens and Balmain.

Given the “Foodgod: OMFG” podcast host’s penchant for pricey jewelry — he owns a $60,000 hamburger necklace and a cotton candy-inspired necklace worth $98,000 —it’s no surprise he’d flank himself with beefy guards, especially since in 2013 someone attempted to steal his $500,000 watch while he was dining in the Hamptons.

Following Kardashian’s traumatic experience a few years ago, she dramatically increased her security measures.

“I travel with a couple of security people and my nanny. At home I have multiple security people. I need someone on every edge of my property,” Kardashian wrote in a 2018 essay.

“I live in a gated community, and I have them right at my gate. Someone came in yesterday, a friend, and was like, ‘Do you always have security standing outside your door? Because you never did before.’ And I was like, ‘Yeah — 24/7.’ It’s just what I have to do to make me feel safe or make me able to sleep at night. And I think that had to happen after what happened in Paris.”
