Ariana Grande sending money to fans hit by coronavirus shutdowns

Ariana Grande sending money to fans hit by coronavirus shutdowns

Ariana Grande has been secretly helping her fans out financially amid the coronavirus pandemic, Page Six can exclusively reveal.

The “Sweetener” singer has sent between $500 and $1,000 — using Venmo, a mobile payment app — to more than 20 fans as they struggle with government-forced shutdowns across the U.S.

“She reached out and took care of my salary for the month,” one grateful fan told us of her gesture.

Grande’s discreet generosity comes after New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo ordered non-essential businesses to close as of Sunday night — restaurants and bars having been shut down prior — leaving many out of work.

Hours before Cuomo’s directive, California Gov. Gavin Newsom ordered the entire state to stay home in his own bid to slow the pandemic’s spread.
