Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are not involved with tell-all book

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle had no involvement with a new tell-all book detailing their exit from the British royal family, according to reps for the royals.
As Page Six previously reported, journalists Carolyn Durand and Omid Scobie will spill the tea on Megxit in their new biography “Finding Freedom: Harry and Meghan and the Making of a Modern Royal Family.”

But the couple is now distancing themselves from the book, saying they had no part in its completion.
“The Duke and Duchess of Sussex were not interviewed and did not contribute to ‘Finding Freedom,'” a spokesperson for the couple told Page Six in a statement on Friday. “This book is based on the authors’ own experiences as members of the royal press corps and their own independent reporting.”
A description of the book states: “For the very first time, ‘Finding Freedom’ goes beyond the headlines to reveal unknown details of Harry and Meghan’s life together, dispelling the many rumors and misconceptions that plague the couple on both sides of the pond. As members of the select group of reporters that cover the British Royal Family and their engagements, Omid Scobie and Carolyn Durand have witnessed the young couple’s lives as few outsiders can.”
It will be released in August.
