Ashley Graham embraces her stretch marks in new Swimsuits For All campaign
Ashley Graham is celebrating her body after baby.
Six months after giving birth to son Isaac, her first child with husband Justin Ervin, the 32-year-old beauty modeled her new size-inclusive swimwear collection for Swimsuits For All, proudly showing off her stretch marks and signature curves.
Photographed by Ervin in Graham’s native Nebraska, the stunning images feature simple backdrops like white sheets and concrete walls, letting the line’s bold animal prints, colorful florals and sexy lace-up styles take center stage.
As for her choice to skip the Photoshop? “A lot of women I speak to have image issues, body issues around confidence. I want them to understand that we all have things that society has told us to cover up and why do we need to do that? So here I am with mine out and about and proud,” Graham told People.
“I’ve got more weight on me. I’ve stretch marks, and in the beginning I really had to have a lot of conversations with myself and tell myself, ‘Okay, new body, new mindset,'” she added. “But after this photo shoot, I felt so empowered because I was like, ‘Yes. I look good. I feel good. This is my new mom bod’.”
It’s not the first time the model mom has celebrated her stretch marks; back in February, they were front and center in a nude selfie she posted with the caption, “same me. few new stories.”
Graham’s also committed to keeping it real when it comes to her Swimsuits For All ads, having previously posed for her collaboration’s Resort 2020 campaign while still pregnant with baby Isaac.
Talk about a hot mama.
