Kate Middleton’s face mask is adorable and affordable
Kate Middleton is staying safe in style.
On Tuesday, the 38-year-old Duchess of Cambridge stepped out for a visit to Baby Basics in Sheffield, a charity dedicated to providing new mothers and families with the essentials necessary to look after their newborns.
While helping to unpack donations and spending time with children and parents, Middleton paired her Suzannah London white silk “Flippy Wiggle” dress ($2,419) — which she previously wore to Wimbledon last year — with a floral Amaia face mask that retails for just $20.
The best part? For every purchase of the royal’s mask, which is covered in the brand’s blooming “Pepper Liberty” print, 30 percent of proceeds will go to NHS Charities Together.
Since the coronavirus pandemic began, doctors and health organizations have recommended the use of face masks to prevent COVID-19’s deadly spread. And while many US states currently require that people wear face coverings in public, the UK only recently issued its own mask mandate in July.
