Justin Bieber and Hailey Baldwin meet French President Emmanuel Macron
What a tête-a-tête.
Justin Bieber and Hailey Baldwin met with French President Emmanuel Macron and his wife, Brigitte, while vacationing in Paris.
The “Peaches” singer, 27, shared a photo to Instagram with the politician, 43, and their wives at Macron’s Élysée Palace office on Monday.
Bieber dressed to impress in a black pinstripe suit and blue Nike kicks. He opted for no tie, instead wearing a few layers of chain necklaces.
Meanwhile, Baldwin, 24, looked chic in a brown pencil skirt and a coordinating crop top. The model finished off her look with a sleek ponytail and strappy nude high-heels.
Macron, for his part, wore a gray suit with a blue tie, and Brigette, 68, stunned in a white dress and a matching jacket.
It was unclear what prompted their get-together with the Macrons, as Bieber shared the photo without a caption or explanation, leaving fans curious.
“Why is Justin Bieber with the French president ?” one fan asked in the comments section.
“it’s the question that every French people is asking 😂,” someone else agreed.
Other Instagram users called out Bieber and Baldwin’s fashion choices, calling them “inappropriate” for the occasion.
“With all the money you guys have you should’ve dressed up more classy that’s a disrespect to that president,” one person wrote.
“You should be more formal when you visit politicians,” another commented.
Bieber and Baldwin, who married in 2018, were spotted making the rounds in the City of Lights earlier in the day. The Grammy winner enjoyed a meal with a view of the Eiffel Tower at Carette tea room, and the model took a stroll on Avenue Montaigne, E! News reported.
The pair reportedly then met up at the Kith store and later dined at the very “romantic” Dinand by Ferdi restaurant.
