Dionne Warwick urges Jake Gyllenhaal to return Taylor Swift’s scarf

That’s what friends are for.

Twitter queen Dionne Warwick savagely asked Jake Gyllenhaal to return Taylor Swift’s scarf after Swift suggested in her song “All Too Well” that her former lover still has it all these years later.

“If that young man has Taylor’s scarf he should return it,” the “I Say a Little Prayer” singer, 80, tweeted on Monday.

She added in a second tweet, “It does not belong to you. Box it up and I will pay the cost of postage, Jake.”

The shipping company UPS chimed in on the funny banter on Tuesday, tweeting, “This one’s on us, Dionne. We’ll mail back your things (but we would never let you walk home alone) @taylorswift13.”

Swift, 31, sings in her 2012 breakup ballad, which she recently rerecorded, “And I left my scarf there at your sister’s house / And you’ve still got it in your drawer even now.”

Fans have long believed the track is about Gyllenhaal, 40, as the Grammy winner dated him just months prior to the release of the original version of “All Too Well” on her “Red” album.

Another clue that hints at the “Brokeback Mountain” star being the subject is that the new “Taylor’s Version” of the track suggests an age difference was behind the split.

Swift sings, “You said if we had been closer in age maybe it would have been fine / And that made me want to die.”

Gyllenhaal was 30 and Swift was only 20 when they dated. They broke up just before the singer turned 21.

To further fuel the fandom fires, Gyllenhaal has been spotted out wearing a striped scarf similar to one Swift has also been photographed wearing.

However, the “I Knew You Were Trouble” singer has never confirmed that the pop hit is actually about Gyllenhaal.

Still, Warwick is not one to hold back on giving her two cents over social media.

She exclusively told Page Six in March, “Trending number one on any event in anything always feels great.”
