For Oprah Winfrey, Spanx’s AirEssentials set is just that: essential.

On her famed “Favorite Things” list — which dropped Wednesday — the media mogul praised the latest colorways of the AirEssentials Half Zip ($128) and Wide Leg Pant ($138).

And while the star typically selects a fresh batch of favorites annually, this marks the second consecutive year she’s sung the set’s praises.

On her 2022 list, she dubbed the duo her “new leisure suit,” raving that it “feels light as air” and the “perfectly loose-and-lightweight fabric is like buttah!”

She’s since proved the comfy clothing is also photo-worthy, as she even wore hers for a magazine shoot.

“Wow. Wow. Wow,” she raved on her 2023 list. “May I tell you I got this set last year? I wore it in a photo shoot for ‘O Quarterly’ and never looked back. This is the most comfortable fabric.”

While Winfrey highlighted the “new sophisticated colors” — autumnal Butterscotch and Spice — this time around, both pieces are also sold in navy, black, white and olive in sizes XS to 3X.

Spanx reviewers are equally enamored, as the Half Zip has a 4.4-star average out of over 700 reviews.

“Softest sweater ever!” raved one, while another dubbed it “comfortable and a cute fit.”

AirEssentials isn’t the only Spanx style to earn Oprah’s endorsement over the years, either; she first praised its signature shapewear, before dubbing the brand’s smoothing Perfect Pant a must-have in 2019.
