Gwyneth Paltrow stars in first high-fashion ad campaign in over a decade
Gwyneth Paltrow is back to her modeling roots.
The Goop founder, 52, is tapping back into the luxury fashion scene starring as the face of Saint Laurent’s spring 2025 campaign.
On Monday, the French label released the Academy Award-winning actress’ edgy ad, photographed by David Sims.
In one picture, the wellness enthusiast rocks a sleek black double-breasted blazer and coordinating slouchy trousers.
In another, the Goop founder exudes biker chic vibes in a slick leather button-down jacket and oversized cat-eye sunglasses.
Fans flocked to Saint Laurent’s comment section to share their praise. “I just passed out,” one person wrote. Another added, “My goodness she’s looking so stunning I love her so much.”
“This made my day,” said a third user while another said, “Wow #agelessmodels.”
Though Paltrow has been the face of Goop’s in-house fashion brand, G. Label, and its many collaborations and collections since launching in 2008, it’s been more than a decade since the actress teamed up with a luxury designer.
She last served as a model for Coach from 2011 to 2012, and was previously the face of Tod’s fall 2008 collection.
In the beauty world, she’s previously worked with Estée Lauder and, in 2020, was named as an ambassador of Botox alternative Xeomin.
The partnership with Saint Laurent isn’t necessarily a surprise, however, as the entrepreneur has been popping up at some of the brand’s events this year.
In September, Paltrow sat front row at the spring 2025 fashion show, wearing an oversized gray suit.
And in March, she attended Saint Laurent’s dinner with Vanity Fair and NBCUniversal to celebrate “Oppenheimer.”
