Kim Kardashian wears nothing but diamonds on the cover of French Vogue
We’ve spent every day this week keeping up with the Kardashian family.
But leave it to Kim to make the biggest splash.
The 44-year-old business mogul and mother of four excitedly shared her cover of Vogue France today on Instagram. “FIRST FRENCH VOGUE COVER WEARING JUST CARTIER!!!!!!!!” she exclaimed.
“I WILL NEVER GET USED TO THIS! I have a magazine bucket list and this was on mine for my whole life!!!” Kardashian shared.
Shot in soft black and white, Kardashian is shown lying under the covers of a lush, white bed, wearing literally nothing except sparkly diamond Cartier jewelry.
It’s an interesting choice — perhaps a high-fashion way to reclaim the narrative — given the reality TV star’s endlessly publicized Paris robbery nearly a decade ago.
During this terrifying event, thieves stole more than $10 million worth of Kardashian’s jewelry, including a $4 million diamond engagement ring from then-husband Kanye West.
In May, Page Six reported that Kardashian purchased a spectacular new sparkler with the insurance money she received following the robbery.
At 22 carats, it’s even larger than the 20-carat ring the burglars took. Plus, we hear she returned to the source, tapping go-to jeweler Lorraine Schwartz for the new piece.
It looks like the Kardashian bucket list runneth over.
