Jennifer Lopez is strapping in for Oscar season.

The triple threat, 56, bared her toned midriff in a gray Alberta Ferretti crop top with beaded fringe sleeves and a matching pencil skirt for The Envelope’s 2025 Oscar actresses roundtable.

The body-hugging ensemble — designed by the Italian label’s new creative director, Lorenzo Serafini — featured criss-cross straps at the waist, which showed off Lopez’s famously dance-toned abs.

Styled by longtime collaborators Rob Zangardi and Mariel Haenn, the Bronx native finished the look with gray pointed-toe pumps and wore her caramel-highlighted hair long and straight.

Lopez joined Gwyneth Paltrow, Emily Blunt, Elle Fanning, Tessa Thompson and Sydney Sweeney for the LA Times’ “Women in Film” issue; the six actresses got candid about navigating criticism, defying industry expectations and taking on this year’s most challenging film roles.

Lopez — who showcases her singing, dancing and acting chops in the musical “Kiss of the Spider Woman,” including performing in a nearly 50-pound dress — opened up about being a “lightning rod” for criticism throughout her three-decade career.

“From the very beginning, for whatever reason, I’ve been a lightning rod for nice things and a lot of negativity,” she told the group. “And it’s hard because you say to yourself, ‘These people don’t get me. They don’t see me. They don’t understand me.’ Then all of a sudden they do. And then they don’t again.”

The singer-actress has spent the year bouncing between international touring and film promotion, as buzz builds around her performance in the musical “Kiss of the Spider Woman.”

The mother of two, who shares 17-year-old twins Emme and Max with ex-husband Marc Anthony, said she has learned how to tune out the noise by staying grounded.

“I was always affirming myself and keeping my feet on the ground,” she explained. “Luckily, I had a great mom and dad who really instilled in me a sense of self.”

Lately, she’s been signaling that confidence sartorially, stepping out earlier this month in a power skirt suit with a plunging neckline at The Hollywood Reporter’s Women in Entertainment Gala.

During the roundtable, Lopez also pushed back on the idea that performers should stick to one lane, recalling how she was warned that pursuing music after “Selena” and “Out of Sight” would tank her acting career.

“People were like, ‘They’re never going take you seriously as an actor ever again,'” she recalled.

Paltrow, 52, chimed in to note that Lopez went on to have the No. 1 movie and No. 1 album simultaneously — a feat that landed her in the Guinness Book of World Records.

“Everybody’s always trying to tell you: ‘You can only do this,’ or ‘You can only do that,'” Lopez continued. “I had my perfume line. I had my clothing lines. I have my J.Lo Beauty now. You have to just do what feels good for you.”

And judging by her latest looks — and her place at the center of the Oscar conversation — Lopez is doing just that.
