With nearly 6.5 million followers on Instagram alone, Senada Greca has plenty of people keeping up with her workout tips — including Kim Kardashian.

Greca’s been training the Skims mogul regularly since 2023, in addition to developing her WeRise workout app and, most recently, co-founding functional nutrition company Aonic. (Kardashian said she “can’t wait” to try the brand, in a supportive Instagram Story).

So with New Year’s resolution season here, she’s got plenty of advice on which workout mistakes to avoid — including “taking big steps and aiming for drastic goals, before having established a habit of working out first,” as she tells Page Six Style.

“I always suggest starting with even five minutes or three days a week then increasing slowly,” she adds.

In addition to following a “properly designed program” for your workouts, she also recommends “feeding not just your workouts, but your daily lives, properly.” (For instance, not “thinking that an egg for breakfast meets your protein requirements for the day, when it doesn’t even meet the protein requirements for one meal.”)

Below, the star trainer shares more of the must-haves that fuel her own routine, from moisturizer to matcha.

La Roche-Posay Lipikar Triple Repair Moisturizing Cream

“I use [it] not just on my body but [my] face as well, especially in the colder and drier months.”

“It’s an amazing antioxidant and, for me, it’s a gentle, sustainable energy booster and something I thoroughly enjoy. I wake up excited to have my matcha latte, which I make myself at home. It’s my little morning reward.”

Natural Stacks Magtech Magnesium

“Magtech magnesium and L-theanine helps me sleep better by relaxing my body and mind. I have a creative and overactive mind that likes to keep me awake at times, but this combo seems to help calm my nervous system. It’s no magic pill, but it’s a part of my bedtime routine that involves not using electronics and avoiding blue light two hours before (or at the very least, 30 minutes before) bedtime — as well as not consuming any food close to bedtime (ideally two hours before).”

Mountain Valley Spring Water (12-Pack)

“In my opinion, the cleanest-tasting water. And it comes in a glass bottle, reducing the microplastics content. Hydration is key for everyone, whether you work out hard or not.”

Aonic Complete

“It has removed the need for me to take a variety of different supplements, because it includes all of the essential daily nutrients in one delivery system — from vitamins and minerals to omega−3s, pre-, pro- and postbiotics as well as superfoods and greens.”

Maple Hill Greek Yogurt

“Full-fat greek yogurt (Maple Hill or Nancy’s) with a scoop of vanilla protein powder [is a must]. Greek yogurt is already high in protein with 15-20 grams per serving, and adding another 20-25 grams from a protein powder (for a total of 35-45 grams of protein) helps me meet my protein goals and also satisfies my sugar cravings.”
