Gwyneth Paltrow’s known for her over-the-top gift guides, but her shower routine won’t drain your bank account.

The lifestyle maven recently shared on Goop that she’s “perfected [her] version of the ‘everything shower”‘ — and it’s comprised of just five products, followed by a minute spent standing under “pure cold water.”

“It’s a little simpler than the ones on TikTok, and it’s also clean — made without a long list of ingredients linked to harmful health effects,” she added.

Paltrow starts most showers with her Ultimate Dry Brush — which she calls “amazing for exfoliation, skin quality and energy” — followed by the Goop Amino Acid Shinebath Shampoo and Amino Acid Shinebath Conditioner.

“Clean haircare is hard to make, but this shampoo really delivers shine, softness and manageability,” she says, adding that even her husband, Brad Falchuk, “gave it a rave review.”

She finishes with her “two-in-one trick” — an application of Microderm Instant Glow Body Polish, which serves as both body wash and scrub — followed by Afterglow Body Oil.

The latter formula is her daughter Apple Martin’s “all-time favorite” Goop product, designed to leave skin feeling firm, smooth and hydrated. (Plus, it smells “like a summer vacation.”)

“[Apple is] obsessed, and so am I,” the “Marty Supreme” star continued. “It really does make your skin glow.”

If you’re looking for something even more budget-friendly, we’ve also tried out Paltrow’s lower-priced Good.clean.goop line, which is available on Amazon.

Page Six Style & Shopping Director Elana Fishman was impressed with body care products like the $14 Body Smoother Replenishing Cream, which she found “both feels and smells luxurious and melts beautifully into the skin.”
