Cons:

What do Nina Dobrev and Emma Roberts have in common (besides their Netflix rom-com roles, that is)? Their love for this Dior concealer. The latter star applied hers in a Vogue video, while Dobrev raved about the full-coverage formula to E!.
“It’s a little bit thicker and provides a little more coverage in the under-eye area, which I am sensitive to, because I don’t sleep as much as I probably should,” she said. “So, I get dark circles and under-eye puffiness. I kind of do a dollop everywhere in the spots that need the most coverage.”

Serena Williams is also a fan of the creamy concealer, telling Vogue she’s “obsessed” with it. (“I think [my daughter] Olympia likes it too, she actually plays a lot in my makeup,” she added.)
Best Celeb-Founded: Rare Beauty Liquid Touch Brightening Concealer

FAQ
How to apply concealer

Milan recommends applying your formula of choice with a brush, before blending it out with either a damp makeup sponge or your fingers — depending on whether you’re after a more full-coverage or natural look.
“Concealer can actually be used all over the face, depending on the shade,” she says. “I also like doubling it as eyeshadow primer because it creates a clean canvas.”
Her tips and tricks also include using a color corrector on the sides of your bottom lip for a “lifting effect around the mouth.”

As for where to fit concealer into your beauty routine? Dresher recommends applying it after foundation and contour, but before blush.
“This ensures I put light and dimension back into the face without washing out any pink tones that I want to add,” she says.
How to pick the right concealer shade

“My advice is to study the colors that are naturally occurring in your face, then choose shades that will help neutralize,” Milan says, warning that “brightening” concealers with yellow undertones “won’t work on everyone.”
“Most people have a lot of purple under [their eyes], which means a concealer with more peachy tones will help neutralize the darkness,” she adds.
And while she sees a lot of people picking concealers that are too light, the beauty pro personally advises first finding a foundation that matches your neck and shoulders, then picking a concealer that’s one or two shades lighter.
