Shop Hoka sneakers loved by stars like Harry Styles and Reese Witherspoon
When it comes time to buy running sneakers, stars are sprinting to Hoka.
Jennifer Garner, Gisele Bündchen and Cameron Diaz— to name just a few — all own pairs of the ubiquitous athletic shoes, which have been trending both in and out of the gym as of late.
Blake Lively became one of the most recent A-listers to lace up the kicks in 2023, while Olivia Wilde wore her Hoka Bondi 8 Max Sneakers at least five times in December 2023 alone.
Hollywood moms aren’t the only ones obsessed, however; Harry Styles showed off his Hoka Clifton 8s in a viral (and since-deleted) selfie in 2022 — although they might have gone unnoticed, thanks to the One Direction T-shirt with which he styled them.
But while Styles’ shirt choice might be nostalgic, Hokas are anything but a thing of the past in Hollywood.
In addition to the “Watermelon Sugar” singer’s creamsicle color, the Cliftons — now sold in a newer iteration, the Clifton 9 — come in neutral hues like black and more subdued shades of pale blue and yellow.
Reese Witherspoon, Gwyneth Paltrow and Kate Hudson, meanwhile, all own classic black pairs of the Clifton, which the latter wore for an outdoor workout in 2021.
The brand’s Bondi running shoes — sold in both men’s and women’s sizes — are a runaway hit with stars as well; Kylie Jenner posted a photo in the all-black version in 2022, while Kristen Bell has worn hers out and about on multiple occasions.
Britney Spears opted to take hers for a bike ride instead of a run, as she once posed in the pink-and-gray version of the shoes.
Hoka’s also collaborated with big brands like Outdoor Voices in the past, producing styles like the baby blue kicks Emily Ratajkowski teamed with a leather trench in 2020.
The brand even offers sandals like the outdoorsy Hoka Hopara, as seen on footwear trendsetter Bella Hadid.
One thing’s for sure: This running shoe brand has yet to run its course among A-listers.
