Amazon announces ‘October Prime Day’ Prime Big Deal Days dates — shop early deals
Autumn leaves are about to drop — and so are Amazon’s prices.
While July’s Prime Day is done and dusted, the mega-retailer’s offering a similarly can’t-miss bargain blowout in October, this time dubbed Prime Big Deal Days.
Read on for everything to know about the major markdowns — and to shop early deals on some of our favorite fashion and beauty finds.
When is Prime Big Deal Days?
Per Amazon’s announcement on Tuesday, Prime Big Deal Days will run from October 8 to 9, 2024.
What is Prime Big Deal Days?
Similar to Prime Day, the Amazon-hosted savings event runs for just 48 hours and will offer great deals across categories — so get ready to shop fast to score the best stuff.
Is Prime Big Deal Days only for Prime members?
While the highly anticipated event is exclusively for Prime members, new subscribers can sign up for a 30-day trial to unlock the discounts come October. (Bonus, you’ll also get access to Prime Video.)
Is Prime Big Deal Days different than Prime Day?
While Amazon’s been hosting its annual July Prime Day since 2015, it introduced a similar two-day bargain blowout in October for the first time in 2022. This year, Prime Big Deal Days will offer shoppers a chance to score seasonal savings well before Black Friday (and the holiday shopping season) gets underway.
